How do I enroll?

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:
To start the enrollment procedure please click on the individual "FORM" links and fill out the monthly intake form and the Debt Worksheet form with your related information and submit the completed forms to us via the "SUBMIT "links.

Once we receive the completed forms we will evaluate your income/debt ratio and then will contact you with our program information. If we need more information we will contact you so please include your phone number and email address where requested.

As a licensed, bonded, and accredited non-profit debt counseling agency, Consumer Debt Counselors is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are experiencing financial difficulties and will determine if CDC can assist the client to meet the need or resolve the problem, and, if applicable, design a counseling plan in relation to the need or problem. We then initiate counseling or, at a minimum, refer the client to a community agency that might be able to assist the client. We have established working relationships with both private and public community resources to which we can refer clients who need help that CDC cannot offer.
